These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Member", "Player") and arahtogel ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), which operates the online betting and live casino services accessible at arahtogel.cam. By creating an account, accessing, browsing, or using any part of the arahtogel platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accept these Terms.

arahtogel is an online entertainment platform offering sports betting, live dealer casino games, slot games, lottery products, and related services primarily to players in Malaysia and other permitted jurisdictions. Our services are designed and intended for adult entertainment purposes only.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To register and maintain an account with arahtogel, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a strict and non-negotiable requirement. arahtogel prohibits use of the Platform by any person under the age of 21.
• You are a natural person and not a legal entity, corporation, or organisation.

• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or proxy for another person.
• You have not been previously suspended, banned, or excluded from the arahtogel Platform or any affiliated service.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion agreement or court-ordered prohibition related to gambling activities.
• You are of sound mind and are not making betting decisions under coercion or undue influence.

arahtogel reserves the right to decline any registration application or suspend any existing account without providing a reason, particularly where we have reasonable grounds to believe that the eligibility criteria above are not satisfied.

To access real-money betting and gaming services on arahtogel, you are required to register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and preferred currency (Malaysian Ringgit / MYR is the default currency for Malaysian Members).

4.1 Account Accuracy

You warrant that all information provided during and after registration is truthful, accurate, and up to date. You are required to promptly notify arahtogel of any changes to your personal details by contacting our support team. arahtogel shall not be liable for any losses arising from inaccurate or outdated account information.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one arahtogel account. The simultaneous or sequential operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. All duplicate accounts will be terminated and any associated balances forfeited.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. arahtogel shall not be held responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access was enabled by your failure to secure your credentials.

By using the arahtogel Platform, you agree to the following general terms of use:

5.1 Permitted Use

The arahtogel Platform is made available to you for personal entertainment purposes only. You are permitted to browse, register, fund your account, place bets, participate in promotions, and withdraw winnings in accordance with these Terms. Any commercial use, resale, or unauthorised redistribution of Platform content is strictly prohibited.

5.2 Acceptance of Game Outcomes

All game outcomes on arahtogel are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or by real-world sporting results as applicable. By placing a bet, you acknowledge and accept that the outcome is final once the game or event has concluded and the result has been settled by our systems.

5.3 Technical Errors

In the event of a manifest technical error, system malfunction, or software failure that produces an erroneous game outcome or incorrect odds display, arahtogel reserves the right to void any affected bets and restore account balances to their pre-error state. arahtogel's determination in such matters is final.

• Bets placed at clearly incorrect or erroneous odds may be cancelled at arahtogel's discretion.
• Payments made as a result of a technical error are not deemed valid and may be reclaimed by arahtogel.
• arahtogel will not be liable for any losses caused by Platform downtime, delays, or connectivity issues beyond our reasonable control.

arahtogel supports a wide range of Malaysian payment methods for the convenience of our Members. The Platform operates in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) as the primary account currency.

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment channels are currently accepted for deposits on the arahtogel Platform: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online Banking, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and selected cryptocurrency options including BTC and USDT. Availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

6.2 Deposit Terms

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion.
• Deposits are credited to your arahtogel account upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. arahtogel is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• arahtogel does not charge processing fees on standard deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• Deposited funds may not be transferred between accounts or used for any purpose other than wagering on the arahtogel Platform.

arahtogel is committed to processing withdrawal requests in a timely and transparent manner. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

7.1 Withdrawal Requirements

• Your account must have completed KYC verification (identity and age verification) before any withdrawal can be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 for standard methods.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered under the same name as your arahtogel account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• All applicable bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.
• Your account must be in good standing — no pending investigations, active disputes, or flagged activity.

7.2 Processing Times

arahtogel aims to process withdrawal requests within the following indicative timeframes: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost) and DuitNow within 5–30 minutes; FPX and bank transfers within 1–3 business hours; cryptocurrency withdrawals within 30–60 minutes subject to network confirmation. These are indicative timeframes only and are not guaranteed.

7.3 Withdrawal Limits

arahtogel offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms stated on each individual promotion page.

8.1 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are available to eligible Members only. arahtogel reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each Member may claim each promotion only once unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion's terms page.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of stated withdrawal conditions.
• The combination of multiple bonuses on a single bet or game session may be restricted. Refer to individual promotion terms.
• arahtogel reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice where there is evidence of abuse, technical error, or other circumstances requiring intervention.

8.2 Bonus Abuse

arahtogel actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: claiming the same promotion across multiple accounts, placing low-risk or risk-free bets to fulfil wagering requirements (e.g., betting on both outcomes of an event), or exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose. Where bonus abuse is detected, arahtogel reserves the right to void all related bonuses and winnings and terminate the account(s) involved.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the arahtogel Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant legal authorities:

• Registering multiple accounts or using another person's identity or payment details to create an account.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform without authorisation.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including coordinating bets in live dealer games or poker variants.
• Exploiting known software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or systematically exploiting odds inconsistencies across markets.
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any transaction associated with criminal activity.
• Attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is explicitly prohibited by law.
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing arahtogel staff or other Members via the Platform's communication tools.
• Providing false information, fraudulent documents, or misrepresenting your identity during KYC or any other verification process.

arahtogel is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) checks in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and responsible gambling obligations. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal can be processed and may also be triggered by certain deposit thresholds or account activity patterns.

10.1 Acceptable Documents

For Malaysian Members, the primary accepted identity document is the MyKad (Malaysian National Identity Card). You will be required to submit a clear photograph or scan of the front and back of your MyKad. For non-Malaysian Members, a valid passport may be submitted in lieu of a national identity card.

10.2 Verification Process

KYC verification is typically completed within 24 hours of document submission during normal operating hours. You will receive a notification via your registered email address confirming successful verification. If additional documentation is required, our support team will contact you.

• arahtogel reserves the right to request updated KYC documentation periodically or where there has been a change in account activity.
• All documents submitted for KYC purposes are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• arahtogel may temporarily restrict account functionality — including withdrawal processing — until KYC is completed.

• Deposit limits, loss limits, wager limits, and session time limits are available to all Members and can be set via the account settings panel.
• Members may request a cooling-off period or temporary self-exclusion at any time by contacting our support team.
• arahtogel enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years for all gambling activity on the Platform.
• arahtogel will not knowingly allow gambling by or on behalf of any person who has self-excluded or who is subject to a court-ordered gambling prohibition.

All content on the arahtogel Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, audio-visual content, data compilations, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the property of arahtogel or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to the reproduction, modification, distribution, public display, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content. Any unauthorised use may give rise to legal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, arahtogel, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruptions.

arahtogel's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the claim.

• arahtogel is not liable for losses arising from third-party payment provider delays, system outages, or connectivity failures beyond our control.
• arahtogel is not responsible for any taxes, duties, or levies that may be payable by you in your jurisdiction on any winnings received through the Platform.
• The Platform is provided "as is" and arahtogel makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the Platform or its content.

arahtogel reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity, including money laundering or identity fraud.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a formal request.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more.
• Discovery that the Member does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the Member or a court-ordered prohibition.

Where an account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, arahtogel reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including real money deposits and bonus funds, without further obligation to the Member. Where termination is for administrative reasons (e.g., inactivity), any remaining real money balance will be returned to the Member's last registered payment method after deduction of any applicable fees.

arahtogel reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and without prior notice, except where required by applicable law or regulation. The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page, accompanied by the date of last revision.

Where material changes are made to these Terms, arahtogel will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Members via email or on-Platform notification. Your continued use of the arahtogel Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure.
